We want you to love your Kitsch essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns on most items within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your beauty tools or accessories in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
